I am passionate about empowering others to take control of their vitality and help them transition into a healthy, active, sustainable lifestyle through preventative care.  I love seeing members and their families discover the joy in their new holistic approach to life.

I am a fitness enthusiast, paw-rent to two stubborn personality-filled pugs, and water sports fanatic. Lover of all things water and sunshine, if I’m not in the clinic, you can find me out on the water!

Dr. Sarah Breuer

Roots Chiropractor & Co-Founder

Dr. Sarah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in Human Physiology B.S.  She attended Chiropractic School at Northwestern Health Sciences University where she found her passion for serving families. 

Sarah specializes in an advanced neurological chiropractic technique at the forefront of the profession called Torque Release Technique (TRT). 

This neurological form of chiropractic takes a “nerve first” approach, allowing us to address
the root cause of your health concerns while getting proven results. The gentle, effective approach is less intimidating for the little ones, meaning your whole family can benefit from stress-free care.


I have always been passionate about health and wellness. More importantly, I love being able to provide people with the resources to take back control of their own health and enhance their overall quality of life.

Outside of the office, you can find me on my yoga mat or soaking up some sun on the one of the many beautiful lakes of Minnesota!

Dr. Lashonda Jung

Roots Chiropractor & Co-Founder

Dr. Lashonda graduated from Jamestown University with her undergrad degree in Biology. Shortly after, she attended Northwestern Health Science University where she received her doctorate in Chiropractic.

Dr. Lashonda has gone through numerous, extensive seminars outside of school to become specialized in her neurologically focused technique (Network Spinal).

Dr. Lashonda believes that adaptability is the key to stability. And with a healthy functioning nervous system, you are able to better handle the many stressors that come your way. As a doctor, her purpose is to share this understanding with as many families as possible.
