Meet the Doctors.

I am passionate about empowering others to take control of their vitality and help them transition into a healthy, active, sustainable lifestyle through preventative care.  I love seeing members and their families discover the joy in their new holistic approach to life.

I am a fitness enthusiast, paw-rent to two stubborn personality-filled pugs, and water sports fanatic. Lover of all things water and sunshine, if I’m not in the clinic, you can find me out on the water!

Dr. Sarah Breuer

She Continued her education, getting advanced training with the ICPA in pediatrics and prenatal chiropractic care, receiving her Webster certificate.

Sarah specializes in an advanced neurological chiropractic technique at the forefront of the profession called Torque Release Technique (TRT).

This neurological form of chiropractic takes a “nerve first” approach, allowing us to address
the root cause of your health concerns while getting proven results. The gentle, effective approach is less intimidating for the little ones, meaning your whole family can benefit from stress-free care.

Roots
Chiropractic

I have always been passionate about health and wellness. More importantly, I love being able to provide people with the resources to take back control of their own health and enhance their overall quality of life.

Outside of the office, you can find me hanging out with my precious little son, on my yoga mat, or soaking up some sun on one of the many beautiful lakes of Minnesota!

Dr. Lashonda Jung

Roots Chiropractor & Co-Founder

Dr. Lashonda graduated from Jamestown University with her undergrad degree in Biology. Shortly after, she attended Northwestern Health Science University where she received her doctorate in Chiropractic.

Dr. Lashonda focuses on not only the physical presentations of pain but also on the physical, chemical, and emotional stressors. She has become certified in Network Spinal and continues to grow and evolve with this technique which she is committed to sharing with her community.

After becoming pregnant with her son, Carter, in 2021, Dr. Lashonda began to develop a deeper passion for pregnancy and pediatrics. She was able to experience how impactful chiropractic was throughout her own pregnancy and how it can create a sense of empowerment during labor and birth.

Dr. Lashonda is passionate about bringing this same sense of empowerment to women throughout their journey of preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

I am passionate about empowering people to stay active and move well without being limited by pelvic concerns.
